Project: Promotional items for Cincinnati Children’s employees
Promotion Item Challenge: Cincinnati Children’s wanted to provide branded promotional items to employees as end of the year appreciation gifts. Cincinnati Children’s hospital has detailed brand guidelines that cover color usage and combinations as well as fonts, so they needed a vendor authorized to use the trademarked logo and to implement the brand correctly. Cincinnati Children’s wanted products that were produced in an environmentally conscious way. They knew they wanted a cooler and vento lunch box combination and needed help finding the right products.
Evolution’s Creative Solution: As a preferred provider for Cincinnati Children’s promotional items, we know the brand guidelines and Cincinnati Children’s trusts us with branded items. We narrowed down cooler and vento lunch box selections keeping in mind supply issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our knowledgeable customer solutions representative found a lunch box made from wheat straw, which is sustainable and renewable. She also evaluated the vendors to ensure they had the capabilities to print the Cincinnati Children’s logo on the promotional items. After finding a vendor who could print a full-color heat transfer on the cooler and a vendor who could do a full-color imprint on the lunch box, she got the client’s approval and placed the orders. Once the order arrived and was inspected, we delivered the products to Cincinnati Children’s for distribution to the employees.
