This project highlights Evolution creative solutions‘ in-house creativity and production expertise. Director of Print and Creative Services Alex Cramer led the design, cooking up a bold concept that celebrated the joy of youth sports while delivering a cohesive team identity.
The goal was simple: create jerseys kids would be excited to wear long after the final whistle. The team selected heat transfer printing over traditional screen printing to unlock full creative freedom. Unlike silkscreen, which relies on a fixed design template, heat transfer offers no color limits and allows each jersey to be easily personalized.
This approach kept the overall design consistent across the team while allowing each player’s name and number to stand out. The final look layered a playful “Mac and Cheese” theme over a dynamic hex camo pattern, blending fun, movement, and visual impact into one standout uniform.
