The Business Problem
The University of Cincinnati Alumni Association needed a high-quality, elegant certificate that could be easily framed and presented during the annual reunion. The certificates honor alumni celebrating 50 years since graduation and welcomes them to the Golden Bearcats Society. Each certificate features an individual’s name and proudly displays the UC’s logo. With many names to process and a firm event date, accuracy and timing were critical. UC turned to Evolution creative solutions to manage this important project from design to delivery.
Our Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team took on the challenge with precision and pride. Working from the university’s brand guidelines, we created a certificate design that included the UC logo and followed the school’s visual identity. To celebrate the “golden anniversary” of each graduate’s commencement, we recommended printing the names in gold ink to add a touch of prestige and symbolism.
The final design was printed digitally on gloss cover stock for a clean, professional finish. Sized at 11″ x 8.5″, the certificates fit perfectly into the wooden frames UC had selected.
The certificates were delivered ahead of the event date, allowing the alumni department time to insert each one into a frame. The framed certificates became a cherished keepsake for new inductees into the Golden Bearcats Society.
