AAA turned to Evolution creative solutions to design, produce, and ship a custom pre-trip gift box. With our end-to-end capabilities—from creative design to kitting and mailing—we took the stress off AAA and ensured every detail for the RelaDyne gift boxes was handled with care.
The Business Problem
AAA needed a trusted partner to deliver high-quality, customized pre-trip gift boxes on a tight timeline. These boxes had to reflect the destination, include personalized contents, and arrive safely to recipients nationwide. Evolution creative solutions stood out for our ability to deliver custom designs, expertly kitted gift boxes, and manage all aspects of mailing, including shrink-wrapping, addressing, tracking, and international delivery. With several of these projects occurring throughout the year, consistency, creativity, and logistical precision were essential.
Our Creative Solution
Evolution creative solutions took charge of the whole process, from concept through delivery. Each project began with a custom design based on the trip location, using photos of the actual resort where the winners would stay. For RelaDyne’s beach-themed trip, our design team crafted vibrant, branded packaging. Our experienced Creative Solutions Team selected coordinating promotional items for a fun way to announce that the recipient was invited.
Each traveler received a personalized magnetic name tag printed on matte vinyl, a luggage tag in a coordinating beachy color, an agenda card with trip details, and a 40-oz vacuum-insulated travel mug perfect for sipping poolside. The luggage tags were a standard shape for this trip, but Evolution creative solutions could easily source fun, themed shapes like a Hawaiian shirt.
Two of each item were included in every box so each winner could bring a guest. Color-coordinated crinkle paper protected the items during shipping and hyped up the excitement upon opening.
After designing, assembling, and kitting each box, Evolution creative solutions prepared the packages for shipping. AAA provided the mailing list, and we matched each box with its correct recipient. Our team shrink-wrapped the boxes for protection, applied the proper labels, and managed the direct mail process from start to finish—including international shipping and tracking. With extensive experience managing complex fulfillment and mail projects, we ensured every detail aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.
In addition to the trip boxes, Evolution creative solutions also printed custom event posters designed to fit easels for easy setup and relocation. These wayfinding posters named the activity and the sponsor.
