The Business Problem
The Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) planned a Game Night for the opening reception for their upcoming regional conference. Creative event signage was needed to bring the theme to life while helping attendees navigate the event that night and the rest of the conference. WBEC needed a partner who could design, print, and deliver all event signage.

Our creative team designed simple arrows as signs that could be installed in any direction to help navigate crowds. We created a word search with the sponsor names to bring the game night theme to life. We used table tents in a variety of ways. Some included QR codes for surveys; others identified a table number or vendor table. All were designed with the WBEC ORV brand and theme to create a unified look.
Moveable signage is also crucial for any significant event. You need to be able to carry the signage into an event, set it up, and quickly move it from place to place during the event. We use easel-back signs and pop-up canister signage to meet those needs. To simplify event management, we bundled the print marketing materials, including signage, daily according to the agenda. That way, event organizers didn’t waste time searching for the day’s marketing materials. They only opened the kitted marketing items for that day.
