An annual fundraising event takes planning and coordination. Invitations have intricate designs intended to make a high impact. RSVP cards and other materials need to match color for brand consistency. Even menus and signage need to blend with event materials. Support your event team. Work with a solution-oriented partner experienced in event print marketing.
The Business Problem
The Christ Hospital Health Network holds an annual gala to raise money for various hospital programs. As the 2024 gala date approached they reached out to Evolution creative solutions for print and mailing solutions. Having worked with Evolution on previous galas, they were confident in our ability to print, mail, and deliver materials on time.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team started by organizing the print items and developing a timeline to meet the mailing date for the invitation and the delivery date for event materials. The invitation used spot varnish and foil application which added complexity to the print process. The size of the invitation also required a custom envelope which we had to print and build to specifications provided. The RSVP cards and driving directions were then printed, kitted together with the invite, and mailed. We also printed the evening’s menu and shipped that to the event coordinator. The 24-page booklet was printed, bound, and delivered to the event site. The successful event raised several million dollars to support The Christ Hospital Comprehensive Oncology Program.
For your next fundraising event partner with Evolution creative solutions. We are experienced in printing and mailing invitations to printing on-site event materials from signage to booklets.
