Cheerios® wanted to make a bold statement about heart health at the recent American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women® Experience at Great American Ballpark. To bring their oversized vision to life, they partnered with Evolution creative solutions.
The Business Problem
As a longtime supporter of heart wellness, Cheerios planned to attend an American Heart Association event. They envisioned displaying a giant three-dimensional version of their cereal box—something attendees could sign and interact with to share their reasons for choosing a heart-healthy lifestyle. The display had to be bold, on-brand, and durable enough to withstand public interaction as a message wall, collecting signatures and personal stories from attendees. It had to be delivered, constructed, and secured for safety throughout the event.
Our Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team designed and constructed a towering 8-foot-tall, 4-foot-wide, 2-foot-deep Cheerios box using lightweight materials reinforced for added stability. Our team printed custom decals in official Cheerios yellow and applied them to each side to match the look of the real cereal box.
The result was a vibrant, photo-worthy structure that not only drew attention but also encouraged interaction. It was such a hit that the client decided to take the box back to their offices for permanent display.
The oversized prop became a centerpiece of the event—collecting messages of hope and health from participants and reinforcing Cheerios’ commitment to heart wellness.
