The Business Problem
For their upcoming regional conference, the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) needed various event marketing materials, including invitations, name badges, tabletop signage, tickets, agenda cards, and scorecards—everything an attendee would need when they arrived required design, printing, and delivery. To simplify the work, WBEC wanted one printer that could do it all.

With years of experience, our Creative Solutions Team has what it takes to manage all event print marketing. After consulting with WBEC ORV we documented their requests and planned the work. Items like lanyards had to be ordered for on-time delivery. Paper selection for the invitations included finding a paper that would provide a vivid color print with an elegant feel. Name badges were sized for the lanyards and designed to fit the theme. We recommended printing custom ribbons that could be added to name badges so participants could further identify themselves as sponsors or presenters. Multiple sizes of tabletop signage were printed with various messages for use throughout the event, from drink options to sponsors to QR codes. Oversized adhesive-backed stickers were printed to create unique signage identifying different activities.
