The Business Problem
The Sisters of Notre Dame in Northern Kentucky support the Notre Dame Academy through an annual fundraising effort, a 4th of July family friendly festival. To notify the public about the event the Sisters design a festival mailer. They work with Evolution creative solutions on printing, addressing, and mailing.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
The Customer Solutions Team provided the Sisters of Notre Dame with a cost effective print option for this 14” by 8.5” trifold mailer. The cover, or what will be the outside of the mailer, is printed in color while the inside is printed only black. Printing in color on one side saves on print costs. Evolution also managed the mail merge, the process of printing addresses onto each mailer. To comply with USPS regulations a wafer seal was applied to each end of the trifold to keep it closed during mail processing.
