The Business Problem
Vivia Bella Events managed the CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services 25th anniversary event held at TQL stadium in Cincinnati, OH. The vision was to take over the stadium with CTI branding. Vivia Bella Events designed signs to install over existing food service signage, backdrops for photos ops and check-in, double-sided window clings for clear visibility on doors, banners, directional signs, activity signs, and more! Guests would encounter the celebratory CTI event branding from the moment they stepped into the stadium, encountering signs at outdoor food stations and following directional signs to the indoor activities. For this huge event Viva Bella Events returned to Evolution creative solutions for our expertise in print and installation.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
We enjoy working with Vivia Bella Events and were excited to partner on this stadium takeover. We had all the materials printed and kitted for installation when hurricane Helena blew into town. Winds averaging 50 mph complicated the outdoor installation, but didn’t stop us. Our professional installation team used out-of-the-box solutions to secure signage in ways that prevented destruction from wind and rain. We knew the vision to brand the stadium and we powered through to make that vision reality. Our efforts paid off! All outdoor signage was placed, installed, and secured in time for the celebration.
