Each year, St. Elizabeth Foundation hosts its annual Holiday Style Show Luncheon and silent auction to support programs that improve community health. For this year’s Nutcracker-themed fundraiser, the Foundation needed a high-impact printed invitation that would stand out in the mailbox. Evolution creative solutions provided complete print and mail services to ensure a polished and efficient rollout.
The Business Problem
St. Elizabeth Foundation required a marketing piece that served as both an event announcement and a functional registration tool. The piece needed to grab the recipient’s attention, clearly communicate event details, and include a detachable registration form that could be returned in a matching envelope. The project also required complete print-to-mail coordination.
Our Creative Solution
Evolution creative solutions printed an oversized trifold measuring 17.25″ x 8.75″ flat, folding down to 5.75″ x 8.75″ for mailing. The piece was produced on white smooth cover paper to provide a clean, sturdy surface for crisp printing. A full vertical perforation allowed recipients to easily tear off the registration panel and return it in the accompanying envelope.
The team also printed the outer mailing envelope and the return envelope to create a cohesive, branded mail package. After printing, Evolution creative solutions managed folding, perforating, inserting, addressing, and mail processing. Extra printed pieces were delivered to the Foundation for internal promotion.
