The Business Problem
The organization required a printed program for the formal dinner event. This piece had to be both beautiful and functional. It needed to include the evening’s agenda, a detailed biography of the recipient, and a full list of past honorees. Most importantly, it had to reflect the innovative spirit of the award itself—without exceeding budget or production time. With a short turnaround and a high-profile guest list, there was no room for error.
Our Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team proposed a classic approach with a twist: use a standard-sized 8.5″ x 11″ sheet folded in half, but elevate it with premium materials. We selected a pearlescent cover stock to create a luxurious look and feel that would instantly impress guests.
We used full-color digital printing on both sides to ensure rich, sharp visuals. Each sheet was then precisely cut, scored, and folded in-house to maintain a polished appearance. The result was a clean, elegant piece that fit the tone of the evening perfectly—without complicating production or inflating cost.
