Each year, Carespring hosts a celebration to honor long-serving employees. Senior management wanted to create photo-worthy moments and showcase their dedicated team. They partnered with Evolution creative solutions for ideas.
The Business Problem
As part of their commitment to employee appreciation, Carespring hosts an annual awards ceremony and presents monetary awards to staff celebrating multiple decades of service. Honored employees receive a financial award, and during the ceremony, Carespring wanted an oversized check they could present to elevate the moment.
Previously, these oversized props were printed each year and used once. Though eye-catching, this process created paper waste. Carespring needed a more sustainable solution that still delivered impact.
Our Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team proposed printing oversized checks on dry-erase vinyl adhered to a styrofoam board. Carespring can personalize the checks using dry-erase markers and wipe them clean after each event. These glossy, durable boards are easy to store and perfect for stage presentations and photo opportunities. Four checks were produced celebrating 20, 25, 30, or 35 years of employment.
