To celebrate their focus on local businesses, Fifth Third Bank® launched a national campaign called the “166.7 Percentennial.” They turned to Evolution creative solutions to print, assemble, and ship custom thank-you kits designed for branch managers to hand deliver for personalized outreach.
The Business Problem
Fifth Third Corporate wanted to encourage brand managers to have conversations with new and existing customers. As a way to personally thank small business customers and spark meaningful conversations, they developed a premium thank-you kit that included:
- A notecard holding a gift card for grocery, gas, or food delivery
- A larger thank-you note
- A blank envelope for personalized addressing
Fifth Third needed 10 custom kits sent to each of 1,140 branches nationwide—with exact quantities and location-specific instructions. While Fifth Third handled the design, they relied on Evolution creative solutions for flawless production and kitting.
