The Business Problem
Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) is a non-profit advocate for women business owners. They needed a variety of event materials for their regional conference. A branded backdrop and tablecloth would make a welcoming event entrance. They reached out to Evolution creative solutions for help.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team was excited to help WBEC ORV think differently about a tablecloth and backdrop.
For a reusable tablecloth, we recommended a large 12’ x 8’ fabric square that can be converted to a smaller size. Velcro on the corners shortens the length or width of the table cover, and one throw can be sized to fit different tables. This multi-use table throw is cost-effective and keeps the logo and business name a central focus.
Another multi-functional event marketing item is a fabric backdrop with a step-and-repeat brand pattern printed on the material. The fabric is sewn like a pillowcase with one end open and fits over a frame. The material can be the same overall or printed with separate patterns on each side. Once fitted onto the frame, this fabric wall can be a photo backdrop, welcome table backdrop, or booth divider.
