The Business Problem
The once-in-a-lifetime quinceanera celebration deserves attention to detail. When our client Vivia Bella Events asked for our expertise on materials that would provide a unique decor we were more than ready with ideas. The Vivia Bella graphic designer created signage, bar signs, and a menu for the event. After learning the venue chairs had a clear plexiglass back, the designer asked for ideas on using that space for additional event branding. Vivia Bella –a returning client– had confidence in our printing expertise.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
The Solution Team first reviewed all the event marketing items. In order to recommend the best print process and materials, they gathered details on all the marketing to understand how each piece would be installed and used. For the menu we recommended using Multiloft®. Multiloft sheets are printed on one side and then sealed back-to-back. The double thickness increases the durability of the piece, which is helpful for a menu that will be handled often. After confirming the size and shape of the chair backs the team recommended removable oval decals. Vivia Bella accepted our recommendations and we printed and installed all items on time for the event. We heard beautiful memories were made that evening and it was our pleasure to be a small part of this event.
