Promotional Item Challenge: The Covid-19 pandemic forced Easterseals to restructure their annual Brighter Futures fundraiser into a telethon. To increase personal participation 100 people volunteered as Watch Party hosts. Easterseals needed a promotional items distributor to create, order, and fulfill on-time delivery for the watch boxes. Selected swag had to be available regardless of the supply chain issues caused by the pandemic. The design needed to be consistent on all promotional items and match the brand PMS colors across a variety of materials sourced from different suppliers.
Evolution’s Creative Solution: We worked with Easterseals to design a watch box full of party fun. Using U.S.A. vendors, we selected items that were available and met budget guidelines. We ensured all items had the Brighter Futures logo and branding correctly applied across a variety of materials. We completed fulfillment and shipped the boxes to individual homes and provided tracking information to Easterseals to confirm on-time delivery.
Watch Box Promotional Items
Shipping box: Standard size for best shipping rates, colorized to meet brand guidelines.
Letter from CEO: This note was custom cut to fit perfectly on top of the contents in the box.
Sponsor cards: Standard size using an uncoated stock so people could write on it without the ink smudging.
Tissue paper: Custom designed, printed, and cut to fit inside the box.
Beverage napkins and coasters: These paper products were screen-printed and ordered in bulk. We repackaged and used our shrink-wrap capabilities to bundle smaller quantities for each box.
Party favors: Noisemakers, a drink strainer, and a cocktail multitool each included the Brighter Futures logo in a one-color screen print.
Slate coaster: Custom-designed, direct digital print in one color. As a direct digital print, this coaster could have full-color print.
Kroger recipe card: Custom designed and includes a QR code.
The customer-supplied goodie bag is also included.
