This project highlights how a partnership with Evolution creative solutions transformed a fundraising idea into a fully supported e-commerce solution for the American Heart Association, allowing the campaign team to raise awareness and funds without taking on the work of managing branded apparel sales.
Partnership for Solution
The American Heart Association works to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease through education, advocacy, and fundraising. To spread the word, Women and Teens of Impact work to raise awareness and donations through their social platforms and community connections. The nominee who makes the greatest local impact is named their city’s Woman/Teen of Impact, and the top nominee nationwide earns the title of Go Red for Women’s National Woman of Impact Winner.
For the Greater Cincinnati Go Red for Women initiative, the campaign team needed a simple way for these Impact changemakers to promote branded merchandise while staying focused on mission-driven work.
The organization leveraged an existing partnership with Evolution creative solutions to design and build a custom Beyond InkⓇ e-commerce site. The public-facing storefront offered a user-friendly online shopping experience that helped convert awareness into action. A custom feature allowed shoppers to personalize their order by selecting a local changemaker to credit, directly connecting each transaction to the fundraising effort.
Throughout the process, Evolution creative solutions worked closely with the campaign team to guide decisions around product selection, branding, and fulfillment. Behind the scenes, Evolution creative solutions managed inventory procurement, embroidery production, fulfillment, and shipping for all apparel and accessories offered through the site. To provide flexible delivery options, orders were shipped directly to supporters or distributed at the Go Red for Women event.
By pairing a consumer-facing storefront with end-to-end fulfillment support, the Beyond Ink platform removed a significant operational burden from the campaign team, allowing staff to spend less time managing logistics and more time advancing their mission through community engagement and event planning.
