Guests might wilt at an outdoor fundraiser in the heat and humidity of an Ohio August. One cool solution is a hand fan that serves double duty.
The Problem
Row by Row is an annual fundraiser hosted by the non-profit Gorman Heritage Farms in Cincinnati. At this outdoor event, guests enjoy farm-fresh food while participating in a fundraising auction. Gorman Heritage Farms wanted to provide guests with a program and a bidder paddle. For years, they printed a hand fan designed with space for a sticker containing the bidder’s name and number. Volunteers would assemble the fans and glue on the wooden handle. This year they approached us for printing.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
We love working with non-profits like Gorman Heritage Farms and delivering cost-effective and efficient solutions. Our Customer Solution Team provided a quote that included printing and assembling the fans. They were delighted to learn that our assembly was a cost-effective solution that meant volunteers could help on other projects. The fans offered guests a way to stay cool and look cool while bidding.
