Pocket folders are a common organization tool for batching paperwork and resources. When our client Strive Together® requested folders to use at meetings we were quick to meet their needs. The result was a high-quality folder that won Bronze in the 2023 Graphic Media Alliance Print Excellence Awards.
The Business Challenges
Strive Together® needed a batch of 500 branded folders for staff to distribute at meetings or to clients as needed. The final graphic design file was ready to hand off but the turnaround time was only four business days.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our client services team recommended a pocket folder with business card slits in the pocket flap. Pocket folders are a professional presentation tool for many businesses, and the business card slits allow for personalization by sales representative or customer service contact. While pocket folders are available at big box stores, those folders are not branded or constructed with high-quality presentation impact. For this folder we used silk endurance paper which has a softer feel and allows color inks to pop. We used glue flaps on each pocket for durability. As an additional convenience we shrink wrapped the folders in batches of 50 allowing for protective storage or quick access for small events.
