The Business Problem
Mercy McAuley High School, an all-girls, college preparatory Catholic High School in Cincinnati, OH, needed effective recruiting tools to attract new students. Specifically, they wanted a unique invitation for a junior high student shadow day. After deciding they wanted an invitation die cut to the shape of the school mascot, they came to Evolution creative solutions for project execution.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
The Customer Solutions Team dedicated to Mercy McAuley High School brainstormed about the direct mail objective: recruit new students. Upon arrival in the mailbox, this piece needed to stand out. A clear poly envelope would protect the die cut invitation and allow it to arrive undamaged but visible. The receiving student would see the wolf mascot and school logo immediately know Mercy McAuley was reaching out to them. Evolution creative solutions also managed the mailing. Addresses were printed onto the invitation during the print process and were readable through the clear poly envelope.
