NECCO, a child welfare organization committed to supporting foster families, consistently partners with Evolution creative solutions to create meaningful recruitment materials for its offices nationwide. Each quarter, NECCO distributes a themed Welcome Kit to its 32 recruiting locations, helping teams connect with prospective foster families.
The Business Problem
NECCO requires a quarterly recruitment kit that all locations can use for local family engagement. Each kit requires a one-page welcome letter, a seasonal brochure, and a themed giveaway. The organization also needs brochures personalized with each office’s contact details, making a multi-version print approach essential. Additionally, the recruiting materials have to be branded and suitable for community outreach events, helping recruitment teams leave a positive and lasting impression on prospective foster families.
Our Creative Solution
For the fall 2025 welcome kit, we managed printing, production, procurement, and branding. The NECCO design team supplied a holiday brochure, and we printed 32 customized versions—one for each office—using high-quality stock for crisp color and durability.
We sourced mini first aid kits and pocket tissue packs, ensuring each item included a branded logo design and accurate imprint placement.
To complete the project, we also printed gift tags. For full functionality, the team drilled holes in the tags and then shrink-wrapped them in bundles of 100, making storage and distribution more efficient.
Kits were shipped to NECCO offices in multiple states, and each location can reorder pamphlets as needed to support ongoing recruitment.
