Alternative uses for standard marketing pieces, like table tents, are a great way to make a creative impact and reach your audience. Learn how one of our clients used table tents to connect with their staff.
The Business Problem
The Christ Hospital Health Network conducts an annual employee survey. They needed a reliable marketing tool to capture employees’ attention and engage them in completing the survey. A table tent was the best solution. It is large enough to be seen and could be installed in all locations where staff gather like eating areas, offices, and conference rooms. Printing a QR code on the sides of the table tent would direct staff to the survey. The final product would need to be delivered to nine locations around Greater Cincinnati.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our Creative Solutions Team first asked whether the hospital planned to use plastic frames. When the answer was no, our team adjusted the 4” x 6” art file provided by the client to create table tents with a folded, finished size of 4.5” x 8”. During production, we placed double-sided tape on the bottom flaps. The table tents shipped flat, and upon arrival, staff folded the base and used the double-sided tape already placed to secure the flaps and build the table tent. No need to hunt for tape!
Connect with your audience by using tried-and-true marketing in new ways. A standard event item like a table tent used in locations where your audience gathers can be very effective.
