During a rebranding process in 2024 one detail meriting special attention was replicating the shade of blue used in their branding. Another issue they wanted to address was simplifying the process of gathering contact information from potential clients; they were considering a QR code.
Strauss Troy needed a printer who could replicate the brand blue color consistently on all the firm’s business cards as well as clearly print the QR code. To make it easier for staff and attorneys they wanted a secure online platform for reordering business cards. They came to Evolution creative solutions for help.

Our Customer Solutions Team has expertise in understanding and following brand guidelines. Reproducing a specific shade of any color requires not only RGB and PMS codes but also knowledge of print techniques and paper options. By conducting multiple tests we were able to produce the exact Struass Troy brand blue using a raised ink technique on uncoated paper. To enhance the professionalism of the business card, we recommended printing the firm name using enough raised ink to make it tangible. We were also able to print the QR code, which, once scanned imports the users contact information into a contact list.
