The Problem
At an outdoor event in July guests can wilt under the heat. One bride and groom wanted a creative way to let guests who attended their summer wedding know they were appreciated. The invites had already been designed and mailed so any additional printed pieces needed to match the existing art.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our Customer Solution Team proposed creating the wedding program as a hand-held fan. This creative solution acknowledged the weather while providing guests with a way to stay cool. Our graphic designers matched the colors and fonts of the existing invitation for a cohesive look. After printing, cutting, and folding the fans our staff hand-finished each fan by inserting and gluing a wooden stick that became the handle. This clever piece added a personal touch to the wedding and solved the problem.
