Client: Easterseals
Challenge: Easterseals came to Evolution creative solutions with a need for a variety of pieces to support their upcoming 100-year celebration, which included a program, table tent cards, and thank you cards.
Evolution’s Creative Solution: Our team took on each of the requested pieces, maintaining the brand equity throughout.
First, 8-page program needed to clearly communicate all relevant information. Our team had design freedom to lay out all of the information in the way we saw fit. We incorporated all necessary elements, including event sponsorship, which we managed down to the last cutoff date.
At the actual event, Easterseals needed two-sided landscape table cards that directed attendees to their assigned table. We designed each with a custom company name or logo, then digitally printed and scored with double-sided tape for an easier setup at a lower cost.
After the event, they needed a way to thank all donors and volunteers that made the event possible. Our team compressed and designed the provided content to fit onto a postcard for a more cost-effective solution.
