The Business Challenges
The Red River Gorge Climbing Coalition (RRGCC) hosts Rocktoberfest, their annual fundraiser. At the event they sell RRGCC branded apparel. They wanted to sell branded ballcaps, beanies, and long sleeve t-shirts. They came to Evolution creative solutions for our expertise in branded apparel.
Evolution’s Creative Solution
Our Customer Solution Team worked with RRGCC to narrow down options in each of the apparel categories. To ensure the quality met the standards of RRGCC, we invited them to our offices to touch and try on a variety of hat and shirt samples. After trying on the products they selected a two-color ball cap, a knit beanie cap, and a long-sleeve t-shirt. Our team advised them to embroider the logo on the cap and the beanie, but use heat transfers on the t-shirts. When RRGCC provided the art, our team got to work. The finished branded apparel items were shipped on-time for the sale.
