Say Thanks with Free T-shirts for Staff

How do you thank an extraordinary staff in both a personal and public way? The Christ Hospital Health Network chose to provide free t-shirts for staff to wear on casual dress days with the message “Everything It Takes.”

The Business Challenges

Providing employees with free t-shirts is a project that includes selecting apparel available in a wide variety of sizes, ensuring that the shirts adhere to brand guidelines, taking employee orders for correct sizing, completing the screen printing or embroidery and delivery. With employees located in multiple facilities around the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, The Christ Hospital Health Network needed a qualified vendor to manage the project. They turned to Evolution creative solutions

Evolution’s Creative Solutions

The Christ Hospital Health Network has an existing e-commerce platform for employee apparel orders. Evolution creative solutions proposed giving each employee a promo code to go online and order the shirt in the appropriate size. We screen printed t-shirts based on employee online requests and virtually eliminated over-printing and excess inventory. With the printed shirts in hand, we traveled to every Christ Hospital site in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky and set up a pop up shop in the lobby where employees could bring their order forms and pick up their free t-shirt. To make it easier for managers and teams, employees could also pick up other employee orders as long as they had the printed order form. As additional customer service for employees who missed the first order deadline we extended the deadline and screen printed a second batch of t-shirts.

Employees from The Christ Hospital Health Network can now wear these t-shirts with pride while patients and visitors recognize them as staff and express their gratitude.
