Print Challenge: Countryside YMCA offers fitness, swim, sports, gymnastics, arts and more. Classes run in 6-week sessions and the Y wants to drive online registration from direct mail postcards. The Y has an in-house graphic artist to handle design. The Y also has a mail list of members but doesn’t have the ability to de-duplicate the list or run it through the National Change of Address (NCOA). The Y needed a vendor with the capabilities to manage the mail list, print, address and mail the postcards. To help with budgeting, the Y also wanted the vendor to have a mail permit.

We worked with our mail house on cleaning the membership mailing list to ensure accuracy on addresses. Finally, we were able to provide the Y with a mail permit to help with budget management. By addressing the needs of the Y we provided a print and mail solution to their registration reminder drives.
