The proof can be downloaded as a .pdf and shared for final approval before ordering. After choosing the shipping location and the ship date, the Administrator can notify the recipient when the order has been placed. Tracking information and reporting features keep the Administrator up-to-date. For reprints, the Administrator can open the existing employee file, edit as needed for new job titles or contact information and order the reprint.
