Business Challenge: Work4ce Inc. is a company specializing in the recruitment and placement of engineering professionals in contract and permanent positions. Once these professionals are on location, Work4ce provides them with business cards. Work4ce Inc. needed to simplify the process for the placed professionals to upload contact information and order business cards. They needed a system with a built-in business card template that included name fields for both English and Japanese and had dropdown selections for locations to ensure address consistency. The goal was for placed professionals to be able to go online and create and order business cards directly, without involving a Work4ce Inc. administrator.
