Make it Easy for Employees to Get Branded Products at Convenient Pop-Up Sales

When your employees are located at multiple sites it can be tough to efficiently distribute branded apparel. Learn how we expanded our services to Carespring, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation care provider, by combining their e-commerce store with pop-up sales to simplify employee access to promotional apparel. 

The Business Challenges 

With 17 locations in Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Ohio and Northern Kentucky, Carespring employees are geographically dispersed. To make branded apparel and promotional items easily accessible to all employees, Carespring partnered with Evolution creative solutions and launched an e-commerce site. We ordered and customized the stock they selected and opened the online store. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the online store was an easy solution for employees to purchase items.  

Evolution’s Creative Solution 

Once Covid-19 pandemic restrictions were lifted, Carespring invited us to go on site at all 17 locations and hold pop-up sales. These  grab-and-go opportunities gave employees hands-on time to select from promotional items like lunch bags, tote bags and lanyards as well as branded apparel including hats, shirts and  jackets. We accepted cash, card, Venmo, and checks for all ready to purchase items. To place online orders for apparel we didn’t have on site, employees scanned a QR code linked directly to the online store to pick size, logo, and color.  

Employees appreciated the convenience of the pop-up sale as well as the ease of online ordering made possible with Carespring’s e-commerce apparel store.
